Mint Plan Goals:

  • Identify stressors, symptoms, & barriers to wellness

  • Assess for additional root causes of symptoms

  • Review results of prior treatment attempts

  • Create & prioritize a treatment plan based on identified conditions

  • Achieve early symptom improvement

  • Determine the best option for ongoing treatment

Best for me if all of these statements are true:

  • Stress, trouble sleeping, or other mental health symptoms cause difficulty in everyday life

  • I have tried medicine without adequate relief, or have not tried at all

  • I am ready to take my life back!

  • I do not currently have poorly controlled bipolar or schizophrenia symptoms, regular panic attacks, or significant substance use problems (including addiction)*

  • I do not have (ADHD Plans are available here)

*These symptoms may indicate that a different plan is best for you. Please schedule an introductory call, and we’ll figure it out together.

This 90-day Plan Includes:

  • A 120-minute new client session (in person)

    • Thorough pre-session questionnaires to assess current stressors, psychiatric history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals

    • Medical records and recent labs reviewed as needed

    • Ordering and interpretation of basic lab work (done at Quest on an as-needed basis and billed to your insurance)

    • A multi-step written treatment plan, which will be updated and revised at each appointment

  • Four 50-minute follow-up appointments within 90 days

    • Review symptom changes and progress toward interventions identified in your treatment plan

    • Review of current medications & supplements for potential interactions and risk of vitamin or mineral deficiencies

    • Prescriptions sent by mail (optional through Genoa pharmacy)

    • A basic supplement plan based on your goals and priorities (optional)

    • Orders for applicable blood, genetic, or nutritional tests*

    • 1 straightforward or complex prior authorization for medications (if required)

    • Telehealth appointments may be available (inquire during your introductory call)

  • Timely communication

    • Unlimited secure messaging

    • Message me directly (no support staff in between)

    • Message pharmacy staff directly (Genoa pharmacy only)

  • A plan for ongoing care

    • Prioritize remaining symptoms and diagnoses

    • Adjust treatment frequency based on response to date

*This package does not include the cost of laboratory or genetic tests. It does include my time to review and interpret results. Insurance may help, and known costs will be disclosed before expenses are incurred.
